Shall Not Fall is happy to support the almighty Threat Signal when they play at the Rockpile on Friday, August 23 2019!
My Hollow and Behold Infinty are also on the bill, so you know it will be a hell of a heavy night! This is also an ALL AGES event so if you can’t find a baby sitter, bring the kids, some ear plugs and get them into the live music scene at the same time as you rock out 🙂
Band members will be selling tickets so message/email/call or contact one of us however you can. Hope to see our loyal friends and make some new ones as well!
Thanks for our fans and friends that made it out last month to see us perform with Knotslip and As the palaces burn.
Shall Not Fall returns to The Rockpile to complete the hat trick in 2019.
It will be a very metal night when SNF roll into Toronto on Saturday June 29th. We will be warming up the stage for Knotslip (Slipknot tribute) as well as a Lamb of God tribute band.
The Rockpile is a fantastic venue to catch live music – it was practically built for metal. An awesome sound system and incredible sound techs, ample parking and fantastic stage. Well worth the trip to 5555a Dundas west Toronto, Ontario.
If you missed our last show opening for A Pale Horse Named Death on May 11th, here’s your chance to catch us over the long weekend.
Shall Not Fall are very excited to be opening for the band “A Pale Horse Named Death” at The Rockpile (5555 Dundas St. West ) in Toronto on Saturday, May 11th 2019!
If you missed our last show at the Rockpile in January, here is a great chance to see us – except on a Saturday night and with much nicer weather….what’s not to like?
A Pale Horse Named Death are touring their latest album : “When The World Becomes Undone” which is their third release (released in January 2019). Members of the band hail from the New York City area and have played in: Life of Agony, Danzig, Type O Negative, and Kill Devil Hill amongst others. Check them out at: http://www.apalehorsenameddeath.com/ and see what you think.
We will also be sharing the stage with the bands: Rellik Dog and King Catalyst.
You can hit up Zac Leo or Mark for tickets ($25.00 each). The Rockpile has plenty of free parking and is super easy to get to. Hope to see you there!
Believe it or not – Shall Not Fall is nearly five years old! In December of 2018 we will officially have our fifth birthday. It was in late 2013 when fate brought together Zac, Leonidas and Mark who quickly decided to start writing and recording their own brand of indie metal tunes. Now five years later, after many songs were written, and many gigs played there is no looking back.
In five years we have yet to post any live video footage. Well that is soon to change. We are working on uploading previously unseen video footage for anyone who missed seeing Shall Not Fall play live (or those who want to relive the experience). We also have some archived footage that may be released down the road. It is our hope to keep the videos coming on a regular basis. So if you never managed to see us live yet, you will get the chance at Shall Not Fall.com in the near future.
Thanksgiving is coming up fast here in Canada. We are thankful for the music and each other. We hope you will enjoy your holiday with friends and family….and metal!
Shall Not Fall had a blast at this year’s Gain Music and Arts Festival. Big Thanks to Nik Wever and the two venues – Jimmy Jazz and the Ebar for having us. Also a huge shout out to the friends, family and fans for kicking our asses as hard as we kicked theirs!
We cannot forget the great bands we shared the stage with on March 10th: Seas (Toronto) at the early acoustic show and Death Note Silence (on tour from Trois- Rivieres, Quebec) and Throne To The Wolves (Toronto).
If you missed seeing us at
The Gain Music and Arts Festival 2018 you truly missed some special shows. We would have no problems with returning in 2019 and doing it all over again…
Some good friends with Custom SNF “setlist” t-shirts
Zac, Mark and Leonidas would like to wish you all a very happy new year.
Do we have some news to kick off 2018? We sure do!
Shall Not Fall has two shows lined up in March as part of the Gain Music & Arts Festival 2018! Two different Guelph venues (that we have not played yet) will host SNF: Jimmy Jazz(March 10th @ 1030 pm) for a heavy show AND the eBAR for an acoustic set in the afternoon of the same day(March 10th) – 2pm start.
Shall Not Fall also has a new track brewing behind the scenes. During our down time we have been adding to our original repertoire. So if you haven’t seen Shall Not Fall for a while – you may get to hear a brand new song at one of these upcoming dates!
In case you didn’t hear – Shall Not Fall has a limited run of T – shirts available. If you would like one, contact us here or come out to one of our live shows.
Thanks for all the support! We can’t wait to kick some ass in Guelph again very soon!
We have been selected as the Gain Music Artist of the Month for August. Along with that honor is a headlining spot at the popular Guelph venue called Dstrct.
The show is on Friday August 25th and marks the three year anniversary of the premiere Guelph club for live music. This will be the first time playing Dstrct for Shall Not Fall. It is a venue that has been on our “must play” list from very early on in our development.
Dstrct is located in downtown Guelph at 10 Wyndham st.
We had a “secret” show recently at another local venue The Red Brick Cafe where we tested some as yet unreleased material in a casual, unplugged format. The Red Brick Cafe is a very cool place that supports live music and artists and we were treated very well there! Check them out at 8 Douglas st. Guelph!
This was actually the third such show for Zac this year as he continues to stretch his wings and bring SNF music wherever he can! Zac can bring the heavy – unplugged, solo, duo he does it all!
And finally, special thanks goes out to Zack Feenstra for his photographic expertise. His work kicks ass and is our new main image on this site.
We had a great show last month in Toronto – our first one there. We met a bunch of amazing heavy bands and were very happy with the venue and sound guy. You don’t always luck out that way when playing a new venue for the first time. The weather was also very warm and so the load in/ drive to the show went without a hitch.
In other news Shall Not Fall have a brand new song soon to be slipping into our regular song rotation. We think it will be a nice addition to our live shows in 2017. There could be a clue buried in this post somewhere, but for now we are keeping the song details to ourselves.
We have a window in our live show schedule right now so we are concentrating on material that has been in development behind the scenes from last year. There is definitely no shortage of material with this band. Some remixing will also be happening to bring our earliest songs a little more in line with our current sound sonically. So if things seem a little quiet – trust us when we say we are always making a lot of noise behind the scenes.
We want to keep bringing our music to you live! If you are in need of a heavy supporting act in GTA/K-W/London/Brantford/Hamiltion area contact us!
